Stop the Crash in Uruguay

On 10 March, Latin NCAP, in conjunction with the Uruguayan National Road Safety Agency (UNASEV), will host a Stop the Crash event in Montevideo Uruguay.

The public demonstrations will feature both ESC and AEB vehicles and will take place from 8.30 to 14.00.

The event will be officially launched at 11.00 with a press conference featuring María Fernanda Rodríguez, Latin NCAP President and Gerardo Barrios, UNASEV President.


Uruguayan National Road Safety Committee (UNASEV) and the New Car Assessment Programme for Latin America and the Caribbean (LATIN NCAP) invite you to participate in the launch of ‘Stop the Crash’ which will take place for the first time in Uruguay on 10 March.

Stop the crash is a Global initiative led by Global NCAP that promotes advanced vehicle safety technologies such as Electronic Stability Control, Autonomous Emergency Braking, and ABS for motorbikes.
